Moroccan cuisine

Description

The moroccan cuisine consists mostly out of different dishes cooked in a special cooking device called tajine. There are many different types of tajines, mostly they contain vegetables and or different types of meat. By wish a vegetarian diet is possible. The tajines are served with moroccan flatbread, moroccan salat and/or couscous. The ingredients and the meat are always from local famers and shepherds or nomads.
